Why cant I see my site in the surf?
Your site does not show in your personal surf session, however, it does show in all the other members personal surf sessions. This saves your credits for real visits.

Do I have to surf to keep my account?
Yes, you should surf at least once every 60 days to keep your account in the active stage. Accounts inactive for 60 days are subject to removal removed without warning.

I purchased credits, where are they?
All credit purchases are first verified by BizBla. If you have not received your purchased credits within 48 hours of completing the payment, please contact BizBla.

I upgraded my account, why isnt it showing?
All account upgrades are first verified by BizBla. If you have not received your account upgrade within 48 hours of completing the payment, please contact BizBla.

My website URL is gone, what happened?
If your website has been removed by BizBla, that means it was in such violation of the terms, that your whole account may be removed. It may also mean that it sat in a NoCredits suspension so long that it was removed by BizBla staff.

My website url is suspended, what now?
Make sure you are following the terms. Anytime a site gets suspended, it is for breaking the BizBla terms. You must delete it and resubmit it for approval if you have fix the problem(s) that got it suspended in the first place. You will loose any credits that have been previously added to the suspended site as a form of punishment for breaking BizBla terms.

I deleted my website and the credits went with it?
There is nothing BizBla can do in this matter. All deletions of any website url also means the deletion of any credtis set to the website url.

Why dont I get paid for surfing?
BizBla is not, nor is affiliated, in any way, with any paid to surf programs. BizBla is a free automatic traffic exchange where members earn credits for surfing.
