BizBla has set forth the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are necessary to help insure the safety of BizBla members and the surf. BizBla is a Family Safe website and all methouds necessary to keep it that will will be used.

BizBla will NOT allow any of the following...
Adult Websites or Offensive Content
Illegal Websites or Content
Popup, Popunder, Exit Window, Fly-In Ads, Live Help Popups or Popups of any kind.
No Rotators - You can add direct Website URLs, theres is no need for a Rotator.
Any site that breaks out of frames or that stops the Surf Window.

Anyone found submiting these types of sites or content are subject to account removal. ALL websites submited are subject to suspension at any time.

Even though submited website go through an approval process, some content can be added into a website by its owner in the future. YOU are responsible for YOUR computers upkeep. Make sure you stay current with a good virus protector and keep your popup blocker on while surfing. BizBla is not liable for any damage to your computer from using it's services. You can help BizBla to keep the surf clean by reporting any website that breaks the terms and conditions (just click "Report Abuse" when surfing).

BizBla reserves the right to remove any site that is found to be inappropriate. Inappropriate sites include, but are not limited to, sites that use audio and/or video, sites that use malicious or annoying javascript code, sites that violate or offend members of BizBla, and so forth.

URL's - All membership levels may only add the same URL twice, any URL added more then twice will be deleted with loss of all credits, No Exception!

Accounts that are found to be inactive (havent surfed) for 60 days are automatically removed without any kind of warning. This is NOT reversable!

BizBla is strictly against any use of spam! These so called "advertising techniques" are NOT to be used to promote BizBla in any way. Using these spam methods are an immediate and permanent account removal.

On occasion, BizBla will send you Newsletters, usually not more than four per month. By joining BizBla you are giving permission to send these newsletters to you. You also agree that these newsletters are in no way considered spam. If you decide later that you do not want to receive these newsletters, you must delete your account to be removed from the mailing list.
